Hi Friends!
Today I wanted to shade with you my thoughts of the MAKE P:REM Blending me. Nourishing Oil Mask. I was shopping in Target not too long ago and I came across this sheet mask and it instantly caught my eye. I have never seen an oil mask before this one.
This mask claims to “combine the ultra-nourishment of facial oils with the potent hydration of a sheet mask for an intensive treatment that instantly renews and protects skin.”
Most of the packaging is in Korean, as this product is made in Korea so most of the information that I have found about this product and this brand is from online. However, the sheet mask does have a few instructions in English. As you would expect, you apply this mask to your face, make sure that it is aligned around your eyes and on your nose and then leave it on for 10-20 minutes. When you remove it, MAKE P:REM suggests to gently pat the leftover product into your skin get extra absorption.
The actual sheet mask is quite thin. I was surprised by how thin it was because it felt quite thick in the packaging but its not thick at all. It did feel quite heavy though, so it seemed to have a lot of product absorbed in it as I placed it on my face. It didn’t seem super oily at first either which was interesting.
I noticed how oily this left my skin after I removed it. It felt quite nice and smoothing. I have normal skin so using this oil mask was not a problem for me. As they instructed, I just gently rubbed the remaining product into my skin and went to bed.
Although I enjoyed using this mask, I really didn’t notice any improvement to my skin overnight. My skin feels soft but not any more soft than usual. This is one of those products that I think is doing something for your skin in the long term but doesn’t really show anything to the human eye. Not really sure though!
Ultimately, I wouldn’t go out of my way to purchase this mask but I wouldn’t not try it again (if that makes sense). I would definitely like to try this mask again but I am not in any hurry to go out and purchase it right away. But that is just my thoughts!
Have you tried this mask before? What are you thoughts on it? If you haven’t tried it, what is your favorite sheet mask? I would love to know!
The recent favorite of mine is caffe latte mask that I’ve been using for weeks now! It’s doing an amazing work on me!
