Pan that Palette: Modern Renaissance Update #3

Hi Friends!

It is time for another update for my Pan that Palette 2018 challenge! If you haven’t seen my previous posts for this this project than I would suggest you go back so you can see the progress that I have made this year! If you don’t know, I am panning the Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance palette! My goal is to hit pan on every shade of this palette and so far, it is going really well!

As of the last update, I had hit pan on 6 shades and those shades were Tempura, Golden Ochre, Vermeer, Buon Fresco, Raw Sienna, and Burnt Orange. I had set 2 goals for myself and that was to hit pan on Love Letter and Primavera, and I am happy to report that I did it! So I now have a total of 8 eyeshadows with pan in them.

Besides those two new pans, I also expanded the pan on Tempera and Golden Ochre quite a bit. I also made significant progress on Cyprus Umber. As I have mentioned, I have been using that shade in my brows almost every day.

I made a little bit of progress on Venetian Red but I am finding that it is moving a lot slower than the other shades in the palette.

I am taking a little bit of a break from this palette so I can focus on my July Project Pan which includes the Urban Decay Naked Heat Petite palette. But even with the break, I still want to set a goal for myself. I think I want to set a goal to hit pan on Venetian Red. This is a color that is a little challenging but I also have a decent dip so hopefully it won’t be too bad.

Modern Renaissance – Update #3

I don’t think I will set any other goals since I won’t be focusing on this palette for the next month but I want to also try to get a little more use out of Red Ochre and Real Gar. Red Ochre and Real Gar haven’t gotten a lot of love so far this year.

Well, that is it for me today! Are you panning any palettes this year? I would love to check it out if so!
