Halo Beauty: Hair, Skin, and Nails Beauty Booster Review | 1 Month Update

Hi Friends!

I have officially been testing out the Halo Beauty Hair, Skin, and Nails Beauty Booster supplements for a little over a month now! I figured it was time for an update / check in. I was super excited to try these supplements. They are super expensive but I saw so many amazing before and afters that I was convinced that I had to try them.

Hair

My hair has never been a concern for me. I have always had pretty healthy hair – I don’t use heat on it too much so it doesn’t ever look too unhealthy. I DO however LOSE a lot of hair. It drives David crazy. I have noticed that I haven’t been losing as much hair over the past month. My hair has also grown a lot – I am actually in need of a hair cut! I don’t have any split ends or so it doesn’t appear so. And my hair does seem pretty shiny and healthy but like I said, I don’t necessarily attribute that to these supplements.

Skin

My skin is 100% why I bought these pills. As I mentioned in my intro, I am willing to spend money on anything that will help my skin. I have had pretty good skin most of my life and then about a year ago, I started getting terrible cystic acne on my cheeks. Sometimes it hurts, but it also just looks gross and makes me insecure about my skin. It did seem that these pills were helping, about 2 weeks into taking them I wasn’t getting as many breakouts and then I had my period and it seems to have thrown those 2 weeks into the toilet. My skin is back to consistently breaking out and these supplements really haven’t been able to slow them down.

Nails

I have something to admit…. I am a nail biter. I have quit and started up many times through my life but it never seems to be a habit that I can kick. Before I bought these pills, I was taking biotin for awhile and it was really helping a LOT! I notice when my nails are strong, I tend to not bite them as much. In the Halo Beauty booster, there 1000% of the daily value of biotin so I expected it to have the same affect but it didn’t as much. It took about 3 weeks for me to notice any improvement in my nails. I was biting them for most of the month but I am seeing that they are growing pretty quickly now so I am not biting them as much. They don’t seem to be as strong as when I was just taking biotin though.

So far, I am not incredibly impressed with these pills but I haven’t given up hope! I still have 2 more months left so that is plenty of time to change my mind! Let me know down below what you think of these pills. Have you tried them? I would love to know if anyone else is experiencing the same lull as I am.

    • They are so pricey!! I definitely understand the hesitation – I was hesitant too. But I have already spent the money so no harm now in taking them! I will definitely continue the month updates!
