BECCA: Champagne Pop Highlighter Review and Swatches!

Hi Friends!

Today, I thought I would share my thoughts on the Becca Crème Highlighter in Champagne Pop. As you know, I have been using this as my highlighter as part of my 18 in 2018 project pan. Since I have been using this highlighter so much, I have pretty much formed all my opinions and wanted to share with you all.

I threw this in my project pan because it is a crème highlighter and crème products tend to go bad faster than powder products. This highlighter does retail for $38 (but you know I got it on sale). It is in the shade Champagne Pop which is quite possible the most popular highlighter shade out there. This was initially a shade that was released with Jaclyn Hill but later was converted to a permanent shade in their collection. This particular highlighter that I have was still part of the Jaclyn Hill collaboration.

First of all, I love the packaging of all Becca highlighters. If you read my 5 Brands That I Am Completely Loyal To post, than you would already know that I have quite the collection. They all share the same UFO type packaging and the same type of metallic uni-carton. The packaging is really high end. It has a cute mirror and the clasp is solid.

What really makes this highlighter special is the color and the way it appears on your skin. It is possibly the most beautiful highlighter that I own. I at first wasn’t into that it was a crème highlighter because I often forget to use crème products before I put on powder. This highlighter is absolutely beautiful. It just adds the perfect highlight / wetness / brightening affect to your skin.

This highlighter just makes my skin look so healthy, I love wearing this highlighter on days where my makeup look is more toned down (like just foundation and mascara). I just really couldn’t recommend this highlighter more. Its beautiful.

Let me know your thoughts on this highlighter too! Have you tried it or do you have an other favorite highlighter? I would love to know!
