The Sephora VIB sale is starting this Friday for Rouge members! I don’t know about you, but I am getting pretty excited! I have already bought WAY TOO much makeup this year but the good news is that I have tried a lot this year too. So today, I wanted to talk through some of my favorite items from this year and recommend them to you all if you are going to be shopping around during the VIB sale.
So if you aren’t sure yet, the first part of the sale just started last Friday for Rouge members. It runs through the end of today, and then Rouge members get a chance to shop again on the 2nd through the 5th! I haven’t heard about the VIB or Beauty Insider dates yet.
But no matter when you get to shop, I wanted to share a couple of recommendations! These are all items that I have really been loving this year and I think would be good to pick up during the VIB sale!
Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte’s Magic Cream
I received the Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte’s Magic Cream from Influenster recently and I have been completely obsessed! This little sample has lasted quite awhile and I’m so glad because this cream is REALLY expensive. It makes your skin feel so hydrated and honesty allows your makeup to go on smoothly. Because it is so expensive though, it is perfect to pick up during the sale!
Beauty Blender Bounce Liquid Whip Long Wear Foundation
I have been OBSESSED with this foundation! It blends so beautifully on my skin, it really just sinks into my skin and makes it look almost flawless! It’s very skin like! Plus the color is perfect for my skin tone, it covers up a lot of redness and a bit of acne scarring. This has probably been my favorite foundation this year and I definitely recommend trying it out!
Too Faced Born This Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer
This concealer is SO good! Honestly better than any other concealer I’ve ever tried. It just looks really nice on my skin and doesn’t cake up or sink into my creases. Creasing is usually the problem I have with other concealers. I really like the applicator and honestly, you get so much concealer in this little tube! It is a great bang for your buck.
Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Baking & Setting Powder
The more I use this setting powder, the more I like it! It looks beautiful as it blends into foundation, and helps set it really well so that foundation lasts way longer throughout the day than normal. I also like the brightening affect that it has for my under eyes. You don’t really even need to bake to get the brightening affect. It’s a really good setting powder!
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Bronzer in Luminous Bronze Light
Hourglass products are just so beautiful. They apply flawlessly and look radiant on the skin. This is an easy go to bronzer because its so easy to apply. You barely need any product because it is pretty pigmented but not in an overwhelming way, if that makes sense. I haven’t really had the problem of applying too much of this bronzer. But again, this product is pretty expensive so I definitely recommend picking it up during the sale.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam palette is absolutely beautiful and one of the best palettes this year! I have raved about it so many times on my blog since I got it and I am really happy that I have it in my life. All the shades blend so beautifully and it has such a great range of shades. I have already hit pan on one of the shades and am well on my way to hit pan on more. It really is a great palette to bring you from day to night! If you don’t already have Soft Glam, then it is a must have!!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Palette
Another palette that I have fallen in love with this year is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina palette! This one is also getting used and abused lately. I think the shades in this palette are absolutely beautiful, there are a bit of browns and purples so you can keep it spice it up sometimes! I particularly love all the shimmers in this palette. I definitely recommend it!
Benefit Roller Lash Mascara, Milk Makeup Kush Mascara, and Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara
I wanted to pull out a mascara to recommend but I really couldn’t pick just one. My favorites are the Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash mascara and Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara and then recently I have really fallen in love with the Milk Makeup Kush mascara as well! All of these will provide amazing volume and thickness, they are perfect mascara for me! I feel like I don’t really need false lashes with these mascara.
Too Faced Peach Kiss Lipsticks
The Too Faced Peach Kiss lipsticks are amazing! Firstly, there are so many colors! They also have my perfect nude lipstick which is Sunday Funday. The lipsticks smell like peaches which is just an added bonus. What really makes these lipsticks special is how they wear on the lips. They last for so long throughout the day and they look beautiful and smooth. I LOVE them.
Chanel N°5 L’EAU Perfume
And lastly, I recommend picking up a perfume! Perfumes are so expensive so it only makes sense to buy it during the VIB sale. I have really been enjoying the Chanel L’EAU perfume this fall. It smells so womanly and mature! Its such a beautiful perfume and lasts such a long time. Its definitely worth the money but it is all the much better with a little bit of a discount!
Well those are all the recommendations for me! I know there were a lot but definitely don’t feel like you HAVE to go out and get any of these. These are just recommendations if you are interested in picking up some things in this sale. It is definitely a good time to pick up items that you need or want!
