Sephora Favorites: Give Me Some Nude Lip Set Review and Swatches!

I hope you are all having a wonderful day! Today, I wanted to talk about one of my Sephora Holiday BONUS sale items. It is the Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Nude Lip set. This set normally retails for $28 but it went on sale for only $19 right before the bonus sale. So I got this set for a ONLY l$15!

Of course, what makes the Sephora Favorites sets so awesome is the actual value. The Give ME Some Nude Lip set has a value of $72! Which is a CRAZY AMAZING deal. There are 5 lip products in this kit. Two of them are full size and the other 3 are travel or deluxe sizes.

Just looking at these shades, they are right up my ally! I definitely get the most use out of my nude lipsticks. The colorful ones are fun once in a while but on an everyday basis, I mainly wear nudes.

My Review

Buxom – Full On Lip Cream in Dolly

This is ONE of my favorite lippies in the set. I have always hear that Buxom glasses were amazing but I hadn’t had a chance to actually try it yet – until now! This is a plumping gloss, so it has a bit of a cooling affect. But it is really comfortable formula. Some other plumping glosses can kind of hurt and feel like you have something spicy on your lips. But this Buxom one feels really nice.

I really like the slight pink color that it gives my lips. It just looks like a really beautiful gloss! Once I run out of this gloss, I will definitely look to pick up another!

Tarte – Color Splash Lipstick in Beach Babe

Before I bought this set, I already knew I liked the Tarte lipstick formula. They have really comfortable, non dying lipsticks that I really like. Actually for a long time, my favorite lipstick was  the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Color Splash lipstick in Set Sail. Beach Babe is also a really beautiful nude color too. Its definitely an easy go to, everyday type of shade.

Huda Beauty – Liquid Matte Lipstick in Trendsetter

Another great lipstick in this set is this one from Huda Beauty! This is actually one of the full sizes in the set. Trendsetter is also the darkest shade in the set but it is also a really beautiful nude shade. I think particularly this is a beautiful fall shade. It is definitely a more noticeable shade on the lips, but I like it! It is also a really comfortable formula. I think it is one of my favorite liquid matte lipsticks out there.

Make Up For Ever – Artist Liquid Matte Lipstick in 105

I don’t have very much Make Up For Ever items so I wasn’t sure how I would like this lippie. It isn’t my favorite in the set but I do like it! It is also a really comfortable formula and I really like that it doesn’t sink too much in my lip lines. My only complaint is with the color. It is still a pretty nude pink shade but it looks a little grey on me. I am not sure if it is just me and the color of my lips but it is not as nude as I would expect it to be. I tried it over the Huda Beauty matte lipstick and I really liked it so I think I will still be getting a lot of use out of it.

Stila – Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick in Caramello

And lastly, this set includes the Stila Stay All Day liquid lipstick in Caramello. I tried a couple of Stila liquid lips last year but I ended up returning the little set that I got because I didn’t like it. But I feel like those lipsticks were not as good as this one. I really like this one! It is the lightest nude lippie in this set so it is close to my skin tone but it just adds a nice neutral color that looks really nice. I think adding a lippie like this to any look, just amps it up a little bit more.

Overall, this set is an incredible deal! I definitely recommend picking it up while its on sale. If you are a nude lipstick lover, like I am, then this is definitely the set for you! I know I will be getting a lot of use out of all these shades. I am really happy that I picked up this set.
