The BEST Nude Lipsticks | Collab with Kelly from Mascara and Math!

I am SO EXCITED – today I am bringing you a collab post with Kelly Elizabeth from Mascara and Math. I have been following Kelly for awhile now, she has an amazing blog. She posts every Wednesday and Sunday and her content is fashion and beauty related. Plus she has an ADORABLE doggie.

Kelly recently posted about her top 4 favorite red lipsticks which inspired me to talk about my favorite nude lipsticks. So we are talking about our favorite and the best nude lipsticks together.

I started getting really into nude lipsticks because of Kim Kardarshian. She has always worn the most beautiful lip shades. I remember seeing her lipstick one day and going to the store to immediately find a similar color. Of course, it didn’t make me look like Kim Kardashian but I have been a fan of nude lipsticks ever since. Although, I wish I could full off a red / vampy lip, nudes are the most wearable for me.

While picking out my favorites though, I realized that I enjoy pinky-nude shades the most. These are just my GO-TO everyday lipsticks. I know I can reach for them at anytime and make them work with any makeup look.

Sephora Collection Lip Stories in Oui!

The Sephora Lip Stories lipsticks are SO underrated. Sephora released 40 different shades in the Lip Stories line just earlier this year. There is a mix of matte, metallic, and satin finishes. My favorite shade is Oui! which has a satin finish. It is a very creamy formula so it is really comfortable on the lips. The packaging is really simple compared to a few others that I have on this list but it is only $8! That’s right! Only $8 for this nice of a lipstick.

The color is like a soft nudie pink. It looks really pink on in the swatch on my arm but it is more of a nude than that on my lips. According to Sephora this is a “wedding-party-approved shade [that is] all about L-O-V-E and you + Sephora Collection = ❤ 4-EVA.”

Too Faced Peach Kiss Lipstick in Sunday Funday

This has been my favorite nude shade for a REALLY long time. This is the Too Faced Peach Kiss lipstick in Sunday Funday. It also has a nudie pink but it is more matte than the Sephora Lip Story lipstick but it is also quite creamy and comfortable. This is the EASIEST go to nude shade. You really don’t need to apply any effort with it – and it always applies a perfect layer to your lips. Plus it smells like peaches which makes my heart warm. I literally LOVE this lipstick so much!!

ColourPop Matte Lux Lipstick in Big Break

I guess I have a thing for pinky nudes because here is another one! ColourPop has come of the best lipsticks and they are so affordable. This one is only $7 and again it is one of the best nude lipsticks that I have ever tried. This is really a lux looking lipstick. The tube feels heavier than the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk lipstick that I am going to talk about below. The color is almost exactly the same as Oui! From Sephora.

Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick

This lipstick was included in the Sephora Favorites Give Me Some Nude lipstick set that I bought during the Sephora VIB sale. This is an actual true nude liquid lip. It is a little light but also one of the truest nudes in my collection so I had to include it in this list! This is a really comfortable matte liquid lipstick. I like layering it on top of other lipsticks or just throwing it on with any look. It just amps it up a bit!

Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Pillow Talk

I just recently bought this lipstick after it being on my wish list for SO long! It really is as beautiful as everyone says! It is the perfect wash of color on my lips. Again, its like a pinky nude but its  a little more neutral than the ColourPop and Sephora lipstick above. I am so impressed with the wear time of the lipstick too – its just a beautiful formula and color. Charlotte Tilbury describes the formula to have a “cashmere finish” which is so sheik. It also stays quite hydrating on the lips so I don’t have to worry about it wearing off and looking gross.
