Influenster x L’Oreal: Rouge Signature Lipsticks Review and Unboxing!

Today we are talking about three NEW L’Oreal Rouge Liquid Lipsticks! I was lucky enough to receive these beautiful lipsticks in another VoxBox from Influenster. This is the first box that I have received this year and we are already off to a great start.

The entire Rouge Liquid Lipstick line includes 12 shades and they each retail for $11.99! Influenster sent me the shades – I Create, I Rule, and I Am Worth It!

L’Oreal claims that these are “an innovative matte colored ink that delivers the weightless feel of a stain combined with the high color impact of a liquid lipstick. This ultra-comfortable, non-drying matte colored ink infuses lips with a healthy, even dye of color that leaves a beautiful, even stain on the lips throughout wear.”

The Packaging

When I first opened the VoxBox, I was blown away with how luxurious the packaging looked and felt for these lipsticks. The tube is a clear hard plastic, that almost looks like glass. The lid is black with a gold edge.

What I really LOVE about these lipsticks is the applicator. It has a felt like texture, flat, and tear-drop shaped. It is so easy to apply the lipstick evenly all over your lips and because of the point at the end of the tear drop, it is easy to line your lines as well.

Overall, it just a beautiful lipstick! I am very impressed with the packaging, especially for a drugstore item.

The Shades and Swatches

As I mentioned above, Influenster sent me three shades of the Rouge lipsticks! So I wanted to talk about each one! All of the names begin with “I” which I think it is cool because it makes them more personal.

I Create – This is the lightest lipstick out of the three. It is a pretty rose mauve shade.

I Rule – This is also a pinky / purple mauve shade.

I Am Worth It – This is a perfect bright true red liquid lipstick!

These all dry down to a comfortable matte finish and do leave the lips slightly stained as it wears off. I Create and I Rule are the most wearable shades for me. I rarely reach for a red lipstick but I did a couple of times while testing these lipsticks out. The red lipstick is absolutely beautiful – one of the best red lipsticks I have ever used!

My Final Thoughts

These lipsticks are AMAZING!! Honestly, one of my favorite liquid lipstick formulas with an amazing applicator and packaging. I LOVE the colors. If you follow me on Instagram (@taylersedit), you will see me include I Create and I Rule quite frequently in my everyday makeup products.

L’Oreal Paris identified the following key benefits:

I agree with ALL of these benefits. It is a very light-weight watery formula so it doesn’t feel thick or sticky. They are very pigmented so you really only need one coat. And I have already mentioned how I feel about the applicator.

I highly recommendthese lipsticks!! I am so thankful that Influenster sent these to me because I am in love. I hope that they extend their range because I am interested in more nudes and pinks.
