Hi Friends!
I am sure that you have heard of the Wet N Wild Contouring Palette! This is one of Wet N Wild‘s most well known items – people rave above it all across YouTube! That is one of the reasons that I decided to pick it up for myself.
This contouring duo retails for $5.49 and comes in two different shades; Dulce De Leche and Caramel Toffee. I have the Dulce De Leche shade since it is the lighter of the two. I bought this duo at Walgreens, but it is also available at Target, Walmart, and on Wet N Wild’s brand website. The duo comes with 12.5 grams of product and is also vegan and cruelty free.
As you can tell, there are two shades in this duo. On the left side, there is a cream colored powder that is meant to brighten the high points of your face. And then of course, on the right side, there is a bronzing / contouring brown powder which is meant to contour your face.
The Packaging
The packaging is very basic. The two powders sit side by side in two half circle pans. The compact is plastic with a black bottom and a clear lid. On the front of the package, the name of the brand and product is printed in white text.
On the back of the package, there are instructions on how to contour your face using the two powders. The packaging is simple but effective! I don’t need anything fncy for $5.49.
My Review
This contour duo is amazing! I completely understand the hype because it really is an excellent product. I used the brightening powder to set my entire face several times and used the contouring side to add some color and shape around the perimeter of my face. Both powders are so easy to blend and smooth on the skin. And my foundation lasted a noticeably long time when it was set with the cream powder.
I did hit pan on the brightening powder really quickly! I think I only used this palette 15 times before I hit pan. I don’t mind as much because again, this duo is so inexpensive. It is not like the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finishing Powder that I spent $45 on and hit pan in around 30 uses.
Ultimately, I highly recommend this duo! Wet N Wild is one of my favorite drugstore products because their products are high quality but still really affordable.
Do you have a favorite drugstore brand? Or have you tried anything from Wet N Wild? I would love to know!
I really enjoy this duo! So underrated, but really gets the job done. My favorite side is the bronzer, I hit pan a while ago, just working on finishing it up. I have yet to figure out how and what I’ll use up the other side forππ

I love both sides – I am glad that you like the bronzer so much! Do you use the other side to brighten your under eyes or just set your whole face? That is how I used mine!
