Hi Friends!
I am back with another update to my 19 Eyeshadows in 2019 project pan! Again, I can’t believe I am writing an update so soon but this project is going REALLY WELL! At the last update in late February, I had pan on 5 eyeshadows! This update, I only have pan on 3 new pans but I feel like they are well deserved pans. They didn’t come easy AT ALL!
I have been working on all three of these eyeshadow palettes non-stop since my last update. Anytime I wore makeup, I was reaching for these palettes. Let’s jump into it!
ColourPop x Kathleen Lights Dream St. Palette
The first pan that I hit from my last update was on my ColourPop x Kathleen Lights Dream St. Palette! I targeted the shade Magical because I thought it would be the easiest one to incorporate into my everyday routine. It made a great transition shade because it is just slightly more warm than my skin tone. It worked with almost every eye look. As I mentioned, I used it as a transition share but I also swept in on my lower lash line just for some extra use each day!
I was so shocked at how long it took me to hit pan on this shadow. I actually rolled this shade in late January since I had already hit pan on the ABH Subculture palette by then. And I nearly used it everyday. There was probably 5-10 days that I didn’t use this shade in the past 3 months. I really enjoyed this palette though, it’s a good one from ColourPop!
Juvia’s Place The Nubian Palette
I am so excited that I hit pan on a Juvia’s Place palette! Granted, The Nubian is one of their most neutral palettes and the shade that I hit pan on isn’t one of their typical bright colored shades. But I am happy, nonetheless!
The shade that I hit pan on doesn’t have a name but it is a shimmery rose champagne shadow. I used it everyday as an inner corner highlight and sometimes as an all over the lid shade! I LOVE this shade – its such a nice inner corner highlight.
Dominique Cosmetics Lemonade Palette
And lastly, I hit pan on Nude Tea from the Dominique Cosmetics Lemonade Palette! This shade was also quite difficult to hit pan. It is hard pressed and the pan is deep! But I LOVE this palette. The shade I chose is the most basic one because I knew I could easily use it everyday to set my eyeshadow primer. I really enjoyed using this palette over the past couple of months.
Here are the palettes that I am rolling into this project!
Morphe Jaclyn Hill Palette
I rolled in the Morphe Jaclyn Hill palette after I finished the Magical shade in the Dream St. palette! I am working on hitting pan on Silk Crème which is the 3rd shade in the palette at the top. I already have a good dip going so I don’t think it will be too hard or too much longer to hit pan! I actually would LOVE to get more use out of this palette overall and see several other pans!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Palette
The next palette that I am rolling into this project is the ABH Soft Glam palette! I actually already have pan on the matte cream shade (Tempera). I wanted to bring this palette in though because I just want to get some more use out of it! I think I am going to aim to hit pan on Burnt Orange or Orange Soda. I think they will both be easy to incorporate in all my eye looks!
Tarte Tartelette In Bloom Palette
I knew from the beginning of this project that I wanted to roll in the Tarte Tartelette In Bloom palette! This is a palette that I already have TWO pans on and I would love to have a third. I really enjoy this palette and all of the shades can easily be incorporated into an eye look. I have no clue what shadow I am going to focus on yet! I know the mattes are somewhat easy to hit pan on as long as you are consistent but I have no clue about the shimmer shades! Let me know what you think I should do.
Well, that is my update! I am pleasantly surprised by how well this project is going! I am definitely on track to hit my goal of 19 shadows with pan this year which I honestly didn’t know if I could do.
Are you doing a Pan that Palette project this year? Or trying to hit pan on any eyeshadows? I would love to follow along – please let me know down in the comments!
Congrats on all that pan, that’s awesome 🙂 Someday I’ll be brave enough to do this project as well XD

Why not start now?? You can start it with just 5 shadows in mind of even 2 or 3! Thank you for the encouragement!! 💕

You’ve made such great progress! I’ve been trying to do a pan that palette with Soft Glam but I haven’t really been reaching for it much. I’ve got to do better this summer!

Sometimes once you add a palette to a project, you end up using it less. Just something about “forcing yourself” to use it. What are your goals for Pan that Palette?

I wanted to hit pan on 2-3 of the matte shades! I’m at zero so far lol

Girl, I am amazed at how you’re hitting pan on these matte shadows. I have such a hard time hitting pan on matte shadows but this gives me such inspo!

Thank you! I just use the same shades every single day until I hit pan! Some of these shades were easy to incorporate as a transition shade instead of the main lid shade. It just helps to not get tired of it!
