Wet N Wild: Flights of Fancy ColorIcon Lip Glosses Review!

Hi Friends!!

I am finally getting around to reviewing the Wet N Wild Flights of Fancy ColorIcon Lip Glosses! I unboxed the entire Flights of Fancy collection awhile ago and had every intention of reviewing these right away. These lip glosses were from Wet N Wild’s summer collection which has a humming bird theme.

The entire collection included 5 lip glosses but the box that I bought only included 4. They each retail for $2.99 which is a great price.  They are also vegan and cruelty free!

The Packaging

I love with lip glosses or liquid lipsticks have a clear tube so I can see the color. When you have as much makeup as I do, it is nice to make a quick selection! The caps all have a black and white chevron with small humming birds all around them. It is pretty cute and definitely goes along with the theme.

The applicator is pretty standard. It isn’t super fluffy or thin so it is easy to use alone.

The Shades and Swatches

As I mentioned above, I bought 4 of the Flights of Fancy lip glosses. The shades are Pout of Paradise, Featherless, Shut the Pluck Up, and Fly Gal. Which are obviously all cute names!

Shut The Pluck Up – I was actually pleasantly surprised with this shade! It is not as dark as it appears in the tube. It is a pretty plum color. It is a fun shade but not overwhelming. Not too in your face – I really like it!

Pout of Paradise – This is the orange shade out of the bunch. I have to admit this is my least favorite shade. Orange as a lipstick just isn’t a good color on me.

Fly Gal – This is a light baby pink gloss. I probably use it the second most to Featherless because it is light and an easy go to.

Featherless – This is the prettiest shade to me. It is a neutral pink nude shade. This is my most worn gloss out of the four.

My Review

Overall, these lip glosses are great! They have an AMAZING lasting power and are pretty pigmented. They feel moisturizing and really comfortable on the lips. They aren’t sticky at all which is sometimes hard to come by in a lip gloss. Wet N Wild claims that “the super-rich formula features Vitamin E to improve lip texture and Murumuru Seed Butter which has excellent moisturizing and nourishing properties to keep lips soft.”

I highly recommend these glosses. Even if these aren’t available anymore, Wet N Wild glosses still seem to be wonderful. I especially appreciate the price! I am overall really impressed!

Let me know down below what your favorite lip gloss is! I would LOVE to know!
